Clients worked with: Meta and Peloton

  • Collaborated with the Executive Producer to develop project bids, tracking project actuals and projections, ensuring that they were within the budget and resulting in steady revenue 

  • Developed and maintained project schedules alongside with Executive Producer and Project Lead

  • Consistently identified and communicated any potential roadblocks or risks during production to Producer and Project Leads & assessing solutions to mitigate risks or challenges

  • Developed staffing plans for each project, ensuring that the right number of artists with the right skills were available

  • Maintained a comprehensive database of freelancer and contractor information, including availability, rates, and skills

  • Provided onboarding materials and training for new artists, ensuring that they were up to speed on company procedures & workflows

  • Gathered all of the artist's work for each project into a single deliverable for the client and facilitated client feedback notes to artists 

  • Organized all of the project files and folders in Google Drive in a way that was easy to find and use

  • Maintained database of contractor/freelancer invoices and track status of payments

  • Worked on a short 3D animated film "Did You Eat Yet" 

    • It is a Filipino American animated film that shows how food brings a father and daughter's bond together. It is a film very much inspired by how important Filipino cuisine has been an integral part of my personal life and my love for my family and culture.

  • Took lead on the story & look development

  • Main focus was on lighting all shots of the film, rendering, & compositing

  • Modeled and textured all environmental elements of the scene

  •  Worked on a motion graphic documentary film “Mikhuna” 

    • Mikhuna is a short film that educates on Peruvian cuisine and its origins 

  • Concepted and illustrated some of the environmental backgrounds

  • Organized illustrative assets to be ready for animation in After Effects
